Dr. R. Albert Mohler Jr. is president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, which is one of the largest seminaries in the world. He is also the Joseph Emerson Brown Professor of Christian Theology at Southern Seminary, and author of a number of books, including his newest, "We Cannot Be Silent." A theologian and ordained minister, both TIME and Christianity Today have recognized Dr. Mohler as a leader among American evangelicals. He can be heard daily on “The Briefing,” a podcast which analyzes news and events from a Christian Worldview, and “Thinking in Public,” a series of conversations with the day’s leading thinkers. Dr. Mohler also writes a popular blog and a regular commentary on moral, cultural and theological issues.
