Refunds and Returns
Items offered on Point of View are offered as a premium for a contribution. If an item is damaged, we will replace or exchange the item, upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that due to current tax laws, contributions made to the ministry in exchange for a item are unable to be refunded. If, however, Point of View is unable to send an item, your contribution will be refunded upon request to donorservices@pointofview.net. Contributions to Point of View are non-refundable.
