Marc Levin is Vice President of Criminal Justice Policy at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. Based in Austin, Texas, Levin is an attorney and an accomplished author on legal and public policy issues. In 2014, Levin was named one of the “Politico 50” in the magazine’s annual “list of thinkers, doers, and dreamers who really matter in this age of gridlock and dysfunction.” Levin served as a law clerk to Judge Will Garwood on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Staff Attorney at the Texas Supreme Court. In 1999, he graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Government. In 2002, Levin received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. Levin’s articles on law and public policy have been featured in national and international media outlets that regularly turn to him for conservative analysis of states’ criminal justice challenges.

John has lived directly in China for 19 years and has been involved in campus or community ministry directly there for more than 25 years as a campus minister, campus director, a regional director, national theology director and city family ministry director in that period. His ministry began full time in February of 1983, was invited to join as one of the 250 China representatives at the 2010 World Evangelism Congress as a long-time China ministry worker and left China as a full time gospel minister in 2012. He did his master of theology in Chinese at Chinese Evangelical Seminary and a 2nd masters in business at the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and used those degrees to teach English, Business and Bible/Theology classes to both University Students and full time ministers of the gospel.

Open Doors equips persecuted Christians in more than 60 countries by providing Bibles, training, programs to help women and children who have been marginalized because of their beliefs and status in society, and helping to restore communities that have been destroyed because of faith. Curry joined Open Doors in August 2013. He was previously CEO at The Rescue Mission and president at the Foundation for Grace, an organization that provides leadership and management training to nonprofit groups in South America.
