Dan Martin is the Ministry Director for pureHOPE where he oversees partnerships with both domestic and international leaders, churches and organizations. He frequently speaks on topics addressing Family, Parenting, Marriage, Christian Leadership, God’s Story of Sex, Talking With Your Kids, and Technology. Between his role with pureHOPE and time spent serving as Campus Pastor of his local church, Dan has over 12 years of ministry and speaking experience. Dan undergirds truth with grace and helps men and women, parents and leaders do the same. He earnestly believes God has the better story—we have the better story—and we can communicate confidently, peacefully, and effectively with our community and the next generation. Dan lives in the Dallas area with his wife Kathie. Prior to leading Texas Values, Jonathan headed the Liberty Institute offices at the Texas Capitol in Austin where he served as Director of Legislative Affairs and Attorney for Liberty Institute. Susan Allen served the Commonwealth of Virginia alongside her husband, George Allen, during his tenures as Delegate to the Virginia General Assembly, Member of Congress (House and Senate) and as First Lady of Virginia. She promoted Virginia as a tourism destination and worked on women’s health and wellness issues, including breast cancer awareness and fitness. She chaired Women for McCain in Va and hosted a weekly radio show on WDBT in 2008. David Balat is the director of the Right on Healthcare initiative at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He has broad experience across the healthcare spectrum with special expertise in healthcare finance. He is a seasoned hospital executive with more than 20 years of healthcare industry leadership and executive management experience. Balat earned the privilege of being invited to testify before the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Reform in Washington, D.C. and before various House committees in the Texas Legislature. He is a published op-ed columnist in The Hill, Real Clear Politics, and other news outlets and an active speaker and commentator on matters of health policy. Balat often volunteers to help families navigate their bills and how to understand their benefits.
