Timothy Mahoney is a Minnesota filmmaker with over 20 years of experience at the helm of a media production company, producing award-winning television commercials and videos for regional and national companies. A natural storyteller with a passion for film, Mahoney created the film production company. Thinking Man Films, to explore the world we live in and encourage people to question the answers we have been told about our culture, science, history and religion. His insatiable curiosity led him and his film crew on a journey across the world to seek answers to the questions many of us ponder but don’t know where to find explanations. Mahoney wrote, directed and produced “Patterns of Evidence: Exodus”, his first documentary feature film, inviting viewers to explore the 3,500 year old mystery behind the incredible Biblical story of the Exodus. Roy Wooten serves as the Executive Director of The Crucible Project. Prior to joining The Crucible Project, Roy served as a pastor, ministry executive, coach and counselor, which provided a solid foundation for his work leading the ministry and speaking to thousands of men and women worldwide at a variety of retreats and events. After attending his first weekend experience in January 2009, Roy began volunteering with The Crucible Project. For six years, he was a volunteer leader in The Crucible Project Houston community before transitioning to retreat leadership in 2014. Roy is a frequent speaker on issues impacting men such as biblical manhood, marriage and fatherhood, mental health and leadership. He has written several books, including Unstuck: 7 Steps to Break Free and Live Courageously and Full Throttle Into Fatherhood. He has also co-authored The Secret to Lifetime Love with his wife Devora. Roy earned his B.S. and M.S. in clinical and counseling psychology from Abilene Christian University. He and Devora have two married children and reside in San Antonio, Texas.
