Kathy Ward, a proud native Texan, is a consultant and the co-host of JP, Kathy and The Crew, a daily radio talkshow from 8-9am on KBDT 1160 AM. Kathy served as Collin County Commissioner - Precinct 4 for several years and during her time on the Commissioners Court she focused on crucial issues such as keeping taxes low, transportation, healthcare and mental health. Kathy was a former Special Education teacher at Plano East Senior High where she also coached the PESH Golden Girls. She spent time as a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor as well. She has been actively involved in politics in numerous leadership roles at the local, state and national levels for almost three decades now. Kathy was the first woman to be elected to serve as Collin County Republican Party Chairman. She held numerous leadership roles with the Texas Young Republican Federation such as Chairman, Vice Chairman and as a National Committeewoman for the Young Republican National Federation. Kathy is a graduate of Leadership Plano Class XIV and served two terms as a Plano Community Relations Commissioner. She was also a board member of Plano Youth Leadership. She is a recipient of the Dixie Clem Award and has been named as an Inside Collin County Business “Collin County People of Influence.” Kathy was honored to be part of the Texas Delegation at the 2000 Republican National Convention. David Fraga is originally from Tyler, Tx, growing up he attended Grace Community (graduated 2013). He was recruited to play soccer at Dallas Baptist University from 2013 until 2018. During that time he had the opportunity to be a captain of the team for three years. He pursued an undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Management. David aspires to be a serial entrepreneur, leadership developer, and creator. A verse David clings to is Philippians 1:6 “And I am confident of this, He who began a good work in you will be faithful to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” David is interested in expanding the Kingdom of Heaven, and in practicing his knowledge and abilities in residential real estate development.
