Reid Porter is the founder and CEO of Act (Advocates for Community Transformation). Act is a justice organization that seeks to equip underserved residents living in high-crime areas to fight crime on their street while sharing the hope of the gospel. Motivated by Christ’s challenge to seek justice, Act’s vision is to make neighborhood safety a normal reality for everyone. Reid holds a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law where he was an editor on the law review and received a B.A. in history and minor in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to founding Act, Reid was a trial lawyer in Dallas and served as a volunteer in the historically underserved neighborhood of West Dallas. He is a 2019 Manhattan Institute Civil Societies Fellowship Alum, a 2018 Stand Together Catalyst, and a 2015 Praxis Alum. He and his wife live in Dallas and have 4 amazing children and are active members at Park Cities Presbyterian Church. He is passionate about fitness, songwriting and the outdoors.

Douglas Cobb serves as the managing partner of the Finishing Fund, a partnership of kingdom investors who are giving together to accelerate the completion of the Great Commission. The Fund’s mission is to see “every nation” engaged with the gospel by the end of 2022. Since 2018, the Fund’s partners have invested $11.6 million in more than 40 projects to send missionaries for the first time to over 450 people groups in more than 50 countries. Doug and his wife Gena are members of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, where he teaches the Word by Word Sunday School class and serves as an elder. Gena is a Bible Study Fellowship teaching leader. Over the years, Doug has volunteered and served on the national boards of a number of Christian ministries, including Finishing the Task, The Issachar Initiative, and World Harvest Mission. Doug is a life-long entrepreneur. In the past he’s served as CEO of Appriss, Greater Louisville Inc., and The Cobb Group; as a Managing Director with Chrysalis Ventures; and as a director for a variety of companies. He is a three-time Inc. 500 CEO and a three-time Kentucky Entrepreneur of the Year. Doug holds a B.A. from Williams College, magna cum laude, and an M.S. in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. Doug and Gena have been married for 40 years and have three grown children and two grandsons.
