Joby Martin is the founder and lead pastor of The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, Florida, which was founded in 2012 through an unprecedented movement of God. Since this time, Pastor Joby has led a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ that has grown to a faith family worshiping together at multiplel ocations and through Eleven22 Online. Karl was born and raised in Alaska. He completed the 1,100 mile Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race at the age of 18. He was changed by God forever on Feb. 11th, 1984. Karl received a B.S. in Biblical Studies degree from Multnomah University in 1989. Over the years of ministry, Karl has coached a multi-racial track team in South Africa, launched two college/career ministries that grew rapidly and thrived spiritually, spoke nationally at marriage conferences with Family Life for 11 years, and led a dynamic church that grew to be the largest in the state of Alaska. This church was featured on the front page of the New York Times (Nov. 23rd, 2007) for its strategic outreach and innovation. Karl is currently the weekday morning host on Moody Radio's "Karl & Crew Mornings," WMBI 90.1 FM, Chicago (5 am – 9 am), and is also the Lead Pastor of 180 Chicago – believing God that "greater things are yet to come." He is married to Junanne (1987), and they have two adult children.
