Previous to this he held the position of Director for Cultural Engagement at Denison Forum on Truth and Culture. He came to the Denison Forum in 2014. He contributed to the Forum in the areas of geopolitics and popular culture, as well as serving as the editor of the Daily Briefing. Nick earned his PhD from Dallas Baptist University. He co-hosts the Point of View radio talk show each Wednesday and frequently appears on Glenn Beck's TV show Think Tank. His op-eds have been published by Huffington Post, Religion News Service, Townhall.com, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and The Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He received a bachelor’s degree in 2007 from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, and a master’s degree in 2009 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

Chip Ingram is the senior pastor of Venture Christian Church near San Jose, Calif., and the founder of Living on the Edge, a discipleship ministry and syndicated radio program that reaches more than one million people weekly. He is the former president of Walk Thru the Bible, and the author of thirteen books, including Culture Shock. He is passionate about helping Christians really live like Christians. As a teacher and pastor for more than twenty-five years, Chip has helped believers around the world move from spiritual spectators to healthy, authentic disciples of Jesus by living out God is truth in their lives and relationships in transformational ways. Chip's direct, practical teaching style helps everyday believers apply God's truth to relevant issues, relationships and challenges. He obtained his Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992, and then taught at the University of Virginia for 16 years. He is also the author of The Righteous Mind and The Happiness Hypothesis.
