Joshua is married to Jessica Griffith Hale, who was born and raised in Macon. They have a son, John “Wilder” Hale and a daughter, “Eliza” Higgins Hale. He graduated cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Georgetown College, where he played football. He is the founder and owner of both Lighthouse Hope Center and Lighthouse Law Firm. Lighthouse Hope Center is a fruitful addiction recovery ministry for men that has discipled hundreds of men in Macon. Lighthouse Law Firm is Joshua’s law practice, which focuses primarily on contracts and transactions. Joshua serves his father-in-law, Benjy Griffith, in his capacity as Executive Director for the Griffith Foundation. The Griffith Foundation has been funding grassroots initiatives in the heart of Georgia since 1993.

TLG assists young men with enhancing social skills, building professional equity, and refocusing their mind on the importance of education and social development. Zack has spent several years working in education on multiple levels. This has allowed him to impact the lives of children and young adults on a foundational and fundamental level. He has used his influence and innovative leadership to build bridges with politicians, religious leaders, and educators. He has led efforts to address present issues in the local community, such as gentrification, educational funding, and social development. He has developed a strong reputation for being the architect of complex conversations and panel discussions on the political process, mental health, leadership, issues of diversity and more. Zack is a frequent speaker, moderator, and facilitator for public and private organizations for various functions and events. He is a native of Macon, GA.
