Dr. Mary Ho is the International Executive Leader of All Nations International, a global Christian missions training and sending organization committed to preparing Christians to share the Gospel and establish churches in parts of the world where the name of Jesus Christ is little or not known. All Nations' mission is to make disciples and train leaders to ignite church planting movements, reaching the neglected globally – the least, the last, and the lost. She joined All Nations in 2007 as Executive Director of the All Nations North America Hub and was named to her current position, International Executive Leader, in February 2016. In her current role, Dr. Ho provides leadership and direction to the International Leadership Team which oversees five Hubs located in Kansas City, Missouri, United States; Kampala, Uganda; Cape Town, South Africa; Hamburg, Germany; and Tainan, Taiwan. All Nations has more than 450 cross-cultural workers spread out over 45 countries. They are trained, sent and overseen by each of the Hubs. Dr. Ho is passionate about finishing the Great Commission in this generation by sharing the love of God among every people group in the world. Born in Taiwan and raised on four continents, Dr. Ho, has lived in Taiwan, the Philippines, the Kingdom of eSwatini (formerly Swaziland), New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the U.S., and has traveled extensively. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature in 1989 and her Master’s Degree in Communication Studies in 1991 from the Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan. Additionally, Dr. Ho received her Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Virginia Beach-based Regent University in 2016. She is married to John Ho, and they have two sons.

Jaime was born in Willmar, MN, into a family with a heritage in missions. His dad, Steve, is the son of martyr, Nate Saint, a jungle missionary pilot who was speared to death in the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador, South America in 1956 by the Waodani tribe along with Jim Elliot and the team. Jaime grew up in a family that participated in mission ventures in Ecuador as well as in Mali, West Africa, in between businesses that took them from Minnesota to Texas and eventually to central Florida where Indigenous People’s Technology and Education Center (ITEC) is based. After graduating from high school in 1995, Jaime moved with his family to the Amazon Rainforest to help the Waodani tribe learn to do for themselves what outsiders had been doing so that the Waodani could reach their own people with the Gospel. After returning from the jungles, Jaime attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in marketing. After his second year of college, Jaime married Jessica Shea, a girl he met just before leaving for the jungles. Jaime and Jessica have been married for more than 25 years and have six children, including one set of twins who became their grand finale, as well as one son-in-law. In 2010, Jaime joined ITEC, which was founded by his dad, Steve. In 2012, Jaime became the primary spokesperson for ITEC, helping people in North America and around the world catch the vision for training Indigenous Christ followers with tools to open doors for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

ADAM ANDERS is a four-time Grammy nominee and two-time People’s Choice Award winner. For many years, he served as the executive music producer of “Glee” and recently re-teamed with “Glee” co-creator Ryan Murphy to produce Netflix’s feature film The Prom. His company, Anders Media Inc. produces film and television content for global audiences. He has sold over 100 million records and worked with artists ranging from the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus to Andy Grammar and Ceelo Green. His music has been heard in such film productions as High School Musical, The Wedding Planner, Captain Underpants, and Rock of Ages. His many other credits include executive producing the television shows “Perfect Harmony” starring Bradley Whitford for NBC and the international hit teen musical “Kally’s Mashup”, which he created based on his own life; he is also credited with executive producing the faith-based FOX live television event The Passion, starring Tyler Perry, which generated the #1 soundtrack on Billboard.
