Senator Bob Hall, father of four boys and husband to Kay Hall, taught his family the importance of faith, family and hard work. Senator Hall graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina with a degree in Electrical Engineering and received a Regular Commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Air Force. Upon graduation, Bob began his active duty as a Systems Engineer working to develop the Minuteman Missile System during the Cold War at Norton AFB in California, where he achieved the rank of Captain. After the Air Force he worked in the Aerospace industry as a systems engineer and business development manager. After that he left the corporate world and began working as an independent proposal consultant to aerospace and defense corporations. Then he formed his own company, Professional Proposal Management, Inc. A compelling sense of duty, shaped by his military service, business experience, and love for this country, drives him to leave behind the legacy of a patriotic servant for his children and grandchildren. Envisioning their futures compelled him to become actively involved in the state's political process and strongly believes it is time to stand in the gap for our children, our liberties and our future.

His pastoral ministry held the Great Commission in highest regard. He now utilizes his pastoral experience and discipleship tools to assist missionaries and churches through the ministry of FIM. Paul sensed the Lord’s call into pastoral ministry while he was a teen and entered full-time ministry at the age of 21. He studied at Word of Life Bible Institute, Lancaster Bible College, Michigan Theological Seminary and Clarks Summit University where he earned a Doctor of Ministry degree. He has taught in Bible colleges both in the United States and the Philippines, and is the author of “Follow the Master: A Discipleship Guide for Growing Christians.” Paul and his wife Kim have three children and seven grandchildren and have been married since 1982. Anne Paulk brings more than two decades as an author, speaker, spokesperson and advocate for men and women struggling with unwanted same-sex attractions to her role as executive director of Restored Hope Network. Her mission in leading the organization is to, quite literally, restore hope to those broken by sexual and relational sin, especially those impacted by homosexuality. “I do this work because of the work the Lord has done in me,” Paulk explains. “I know it’s possible to be set free from sexual confusion and sin because that is my testimony. It is the testimony of thousands just like me. We at Restored Hope want to make sure all who seek the same healing we’ve experienced through submitting to Jesus can have it be their testimony, too.” Anne has appeared on Focus on the Family Radio, Dr. James Dobson’s FamilyTalk, In the Market with Janet Parshall, Equipped with Chris Brooks (Moody Radio), Dr. Michael L. Brown’s In The Line of Fire, Janet Mefferd Live (SRN/AFR), Joni and Friends, Table Talk (Daystar TV), Total Living Network with Jerry Rose, Focal Point with Brian Fischer, and The Georgene Rice Show (SRN), among others. Her story of redemption has also been features in documentaries, including Such Were Some of You (Pure Passion TV/2014). She is the author of Restoring Sexual Identity: Hope for Women Who Struggle with Same-Sex Attraction (Harvest House Publishers) and co-author of Love Won Out (Focus on the Family), She also has written for Spirit Led Woman, Charisma and The Gospel Coalition. Paulk, who lives in Colorado, enjoys dark chocolate, laughing with friends and family, serving at her church, skiing and the beautiful outdoors. Her greatest joy is being mom to her three sons.
