Kent Munsey, together with his wife Alli are the current senior pastors of City Church Chicago - a church right in the heart of downtown Chicago. In October of 2010, Kent and Alli planted City Church in Chicago at our River West location (777 N. Green Street). Then we recently expanded with our newest ministries center located at ( 825 w Chicago Ave). AND….we received a Miracle during the 2021 pandemic, we were able to raise $5.5 million dollars to purchase our future property on lot “D” of the United Center: 128 W. Paulina Street. God is so faithful. Pastor Kent + Alli’s vision is to bring the message of Jesus Christ to the city of Chicago in a fresh and relevant way by building a community of people that LOVE people to new life in Christ, LIVE planted in community, and LEAD change in our world. We see this model of ministry working out through our church and through all of our Life Groups. Much like how the church was found in the book of Acts, as they went from “home to home” sharing the gospel and community with one another. Kent and Alli have three amazing boys, Malachi, Kausti, and Tahj.
