Tiffany Dunkin serves as Legal Fellow at First Liberty Institute. Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University School of Law, where she served as President of the Federalist Society student chapter and Senior Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review, which published her student Comment, Bearing Another’s Burden: Why the Supreme Court Still Needs to Revisit Employment Division v. Smith. During law school, she interned for First Liberty Institute, the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, and the Honorable Matthew J. Kacsmaryk on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Before pursuing her law degree, Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and worked in education for over ten years. After completing her fellowship at First Liberty Institute, Tiffany will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel Carson III on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
