He is a best-selling, gold-Illuminations, and gold-medallion winning writer with more than 35 books in print and more than 4.5 million copies in circulation in multiple languages. He is a collaborative writer for Dr. David Jeremiah and Turning Points Magazine. Rob has appeared on numerous television and radio shows. He speaks widely at churches, conferences, schools, and corporate events. He is a homemaker and a caregiver for his wife, Katrina, who battles multiple sclerosis. Dr. Hutz Hertzberg has served as the Chief Education Officer for Turning Point Education since July 2022. Hutz gives leadership to all of the Educations’s initiatives and staff. Prior to his current role, Hutz served at Christian Heritage Academy (PreK-12 college preparatory school) in Northfield, Illinois, appointed as President July 2017. During his tenure, Christian Heritage Academy was ranked each year as the number one Best Christian High School in Illinois by niche.com. Hutz’s organizational leadership experience includes serving as President of Christian Union, Director of the Orchard Network, and Executive Pastor of The Moody Church in Chicago. Hutz has also served for two decades in higher education administrative and faculty positions, including at Trinity International University, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Wheaton College, Judson University and the College of DuPage. For 20 years Hutz served as a Chaplain in the United States Naval Reserve serving mostly with the United States Marine Corps and he continues to give leadership to the Protestant Chaplaincy at Chicago O’Hare and Midway Airports. Hutz is a licensed and ordained minister with academic degrees from Wheaton (IL) College (BA, MA), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MAR, DMin, PhD)
