Dr. Todd von Helms has more than two decades of experience working with teenagers, college students, and clergy as an ordained minister, college professor, church consultant, chaplain, and headmaster. He has degrees from the University of Texas, Duke University, Dallas Baptist University, Southwestern Seminary, Southern Seminary, and Southern Methodist University. Today, Todd is a Senior Fellow at The King’s College in New York City, the Presidential Scholar of Christianity and Culture at Dallas Baptist University, a Senior Fellow at Montreat College, and a Senior Fellow for the Center for Faith and Culture at Southeastern Seminary. He is also the author of the best-selling book, Before You Leave: For College, Career, and Eternity. In addition to organizing speaker series events to encourage communities to think more deeply about matters of faith, Todd also travels the nation speaking to students about the importance of critical thinking, civil discourse, and living for Christ.
