Chad Hennings has lived this message through a nine year NFL career and three Super Bowl Championships with the Dallas Cowboys, forty five successful combat missions flying A10 jets with the Air Force,and as one of the most decorated college football players in NCAA history. Chad has taken this message across the world at the invitation of some of the most distinguished executive audiences ranging from American Airlines to Bank of America, General Motors to Citigroup, and a host of U.S. Governmental agencies. He has also been a philanthropic leader in the Dallas Ft Worth area as a member of the board of directors of Christian Community Action, an organization that provides assistance to atrisk families, and the establishment of Wingmen Ministries. Chad challenges audiences to dare to be excellent and inspires businesses to create cultures of excellence. People and organizations don’t do great things to become great; great people and organizations do great things. Chad credits his post NFL career success to concepts he espouses on striving to live a life of excellence. Chad and his wife, Tammy, have a son, Chase, and a daughter, Brenna. They currently reside in Flower Mound, Texas.

Joel Schmidgall is Executive Pastor of National Community Church (NCC) in Washington DC. He oversees the pastoral staff for NCC’s seven locations and pastors the Capitol Hill location. Joel founded and now serves as President of the board of the DC Dream Center, a community center committed to inspiring and equipping youth and adults to reach their God-given potential. Joel was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois. He is an unpaid marketer for all things Chicago, especially the Cubs, Malnotti’s pizza, and Portillo’s beef-and-cheddar! He graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri with a BA in Biblical studies and then spent a year working with the National Prayer Breakfast before joining the NCC team full-time in 2000. Joel oversees all locations at the church, as well as leading the Barracks Row campus. He also provides leadership to missions, outreach initiatives and serves on the weekend teaching team. Nina Schmidgall serves as Director of Family Ministry at National Community Church (NCC) in Washington DC. Nina first moved to the nation’s capital to work for the United States Congress. Writing and directing education and family policy, Nina realized her deep passion for strengthening the family and the home. She oversees the family ministry department across all of NCC’s marketplace locations. Joel and his wife Nina were married in 2004 and have three little Cubs fans: Ella, Zeke, and Renzi. Favorite family traditions are music jam sessions, tickle time, and reading books over and over and over and over. They live on Capitol Hill and love this city!

Kathy Ward, a proud native Texan, is a consultant and the co-host of JP, Kathy and The Crew, a daily radio talkshow from 8-9am on KBDT 1160 AM. Kathy served as Collin County Commissioner - Precinct 4 for several years and during her time on the Commissioners Court she focused on crucial issues such as keeping taxes low, transportation, healthcare and mental health. Kathy was a former Special Education teacher at Plano East Senior High where she also coached the PESH Golden Girls. She spent time as a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor as well. She has been actively involved in politics in numerous leadership roles at the local, state and national levels for almost three decades now. Kathy was the first woman to be elected to serve as Collin County Republican Party Chairman. She held numerous leadership roles with the Texas Young Republican Federation such as Chairman, Vice Chairman and as a National Committeewoman for the Young Republican National Federation. Kathy is a graduate of Leadership Plano Class XIV and served two terms as a Plano Community Relations Commissioner. She was also a board member of Plano Youth Leadership. She is a recipient of the Dixie Clem Award and has been named as an Inside Collin County Business “Collin County People of Influence.” Kathy was honored to be part of the Texas Delegation at the 2000 Republican National Convention. She cheered professionally for the Dallas Sidekicks and was a Strutter at Southwest Texas State University now Texas State University. Kathy has volunteered for a wide variety of organizations over the decades including national organizations like Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Special Olympics, CASA and Boy Scouts of America. She has volunteered for many roles for her daughter and son's activities such as SMS cheer coach, library mom, class reading mom, and Cub Scout leader just to name a few. Kathy is a dedicated community leader, wife to Michael Wiseman and considers her daughter and son her greatest blessings.

Chuck Branch was elected to McKinney City Council for District 4 in 2015. He grew up in Richardson where he attended Elementary, Junior High and High School. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Council member Branch worked as an accountant for two years and subsequently moved into mortgage banking and finance, underwriting, managing and assisting with regional operations. In 2008, he began his current business helping people with disabilities. In 2009 he started Valiant Employment Services in McKinney. The business was incorporated in 2012 at which time the name was changed to Valiant Services Texas, Inc. Council member Branch is married with four children and attends Gateway Church in Frisco. He accredits his success to his faith and belief in the Lord. His goals have always included helping people, and he looks forward to continuing that goal as Council member with the city of McKinney.
