Established in 1983, his firm specializes in corporate architecture and is ranked as one of the largest firms in the United States. Raymond graduated first in his class from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of science with distinction, bachelor of architecture with distinction, and master of architecture. He was selected as the Outstanding Senior in the College of Architecture. He has served on numerous boards, including Crown Financial Ministries, University of Oklahoma School of architecture, OMF International (formerly the China Inland Mission founded in 1865), and Student Mobilization Ministries. Raymond has traveled extensively around the world to help out with community development and transformation efforts among the poor.
