Mark is the co-founder and Executive Director of 99 Behind. He has a passion is to be a spiritual father to the lost, a chaplain to his brothers and sisters in law enforcement, and a deputy Marshal serving his community. He loves using story (especially movies) to highlight biblical truths and use those truths to guide people to a life of purpose and authentic connection to Christ. In 2004 Mark co-founded Four Streams Ministries (known now as 99Behind) Previously he and his wife Laurie served for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ working with high school students and families. In those years of discipling teens and leading teams, mission trips, retreats, and conferences, Mark became burdened by the need to reach men of all ages, not just teenagers. Since 2004 Mark and friends of the ministry have been offering men and their families a way to connect with God by reaching them where they live, introducing them to Christ and helping them to grow. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an ordained minister with a Master’s Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a trained Exchanged Life counselor, freedom minister, Life Coach, a Deputy Marshal and Chaplain.

Laurie Munden is the co-founder and Women's Director of 99 Behind. She is passionate about helping women grow deeper in their walk with The Lord. She is a gifted teacher who loves leading women to faith in Christ, teaching God’s Word and helping women experience the freedom and life that is in Christ. She has a passionate and compassionate heart for families. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, a trained Exchanged Life Counselor and a trained freedom minister. Prior to co-founding Four Streams Ministries in 2004 (now known as 99Behind), she discipled high school students for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ. She loves helping others, is passionate about worship, enjoys watching movies, taking motorcycle rides with Mark and their friends and spending time with her family.
