David Horowitz is the author of Big Agenda: President Trump's Plan to Save America, now in its tenth week on The New York Times’ best-seller list. Horowitz was one of the founders of the New Left in the 1960s and an editor of its largest magazine, Ramparts. He is the author, with Peter Collier, of three best selling dynastic biographies: The Rockefellers: An American Dynasty (1976); The Kennedys: An American Dream (1984); and The Fords: An American Epic (1987). Looking back in anger at their days in the New Left, he and Collier wrote Destructive Generation (1989), a chronicle of their second thoughts about the 60s that has been compared to Whittaker Chambers’ Witness and other classic works documenting a break from totalitarianism. Horowitz examined this subject more closely in Radical Son (1996), a memoir tracing his odyssey from “red-diaper baby” to conservative activist that George Gilder described as “the first great autobiography of his generation.” Horowitz is founder of the David Horowitz Freedom Center (formerly the Center for the Study of Popular Culture) and author of many books and pamphlets published over the last twenty years. Among them: Hating Whitey; Unholy Alliance: Radical Islam and the American Left; The Professors: The 101 Most Dangerous Academics in America; and The End of Time. Horowitz is now publishing The Black Book of the American Left, a multi volume collection of his conservative writings that will, when completed, be the most ambitious effort ever undertaken to define the Left and its agenda. The Left In Power: Clinton To Obama, the seventh volume of this projected nine volume work, has just appeared.

On September 27, 2017 Conservative Republican Candy Noble announced her campaign for State Representative in House District 89, launching her campaign with support from hundreds of citizens and prominent conservative leaders from throughout the district, Collin County, and North Texas. Since that time, she has knocked hundreds of doors to meet voters, hear their concerns, and earn their support. Upon her announcement, Candy said, “I care deeply about our state and nation, and I’m willing to stand up and fight for the future of my kids and grandkids. We must make the hard decisions to ensure that Texas enjoys a prosperous future. I will be guided by my core beliefs of limited government, dedication to fiscal responsibility, and an unshakable commitment to protect the unborn.” She continued, “Texans deserve property tax relief, quality education, limited regulations which ensure a strong economy, a secure border, and protection of our second amendment freedoms and religious liberties. I am excited about the opportunity to serve as a conservative voice for these principles, and honored to have such strong, distinguished support.” Candy Noble is a twenty five year resident of Collin County who has spent decades working to promote conservative solutions for our community. She has spent the last seven years serving the citizens of Senate District 8 on the State Republican Executive Committee, where she serves on the Officials Committee and is Chair of the Resolutions Committee. Locally, she serves as Parliamentarian of the Collin County GOP. During recent legislative sessions she has been a volunteer advocate for conservative legislation including limited spending, religious liberty, and protecting the unborn. An active community volunteer, her past service included service on the Collin County CPS Board and on the Collin County Parks and Open Spaces Board. Candy has a degree in Education from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, she serves on the Hardin-Simmons University Board of Development, and had the honor of serving on the University’s recent Presidential search committee. Lisa Luby Ryan wanted the perfect life: children who adored her and a husband that would protect, guide and love her. But things didn’t turn out that way. She had been sexually abused at a young age, lived in a chaotic home and wasn’t loved by her parents. Honesty, trust and a wholesome relationship between a man and a woman simply wasn’t Lisa’s reality. As she went through life, through relationships and men and a broken family of her own, she knew in her mind that “All I wanted was to be loved.” But God asked her the question, “How can I heal you when you’re not willing to heal yourself? Are you willing confront your secrets and give it all up to me?” Are you willing to give it all up? Are you willing to be healed? Lisa had to confess her past; a life of affairs, abortion, divorce, and neglect. She freed herself by facing the truth and God was faithful to restore the broken pieces.
