Austin, TX – Yesterday, as the 88th Texas Legislature opened, Senator Tan Parker continued his commitment to public safety, filing his first Senate Bill, SB 378, which allows the Attorney General of Texas to bring suit against district attorneys who willfully disregard Texas law, placing the public at risk.
