Al and Autumn Ray were married in 1970 and were an Air Force family for 27 years. They are the co-founders of MarriageTeam, a nonprofit ministry that strengthens and saves marriages through Christian couple marriage coaching. Together they completed the Western Seminary coaching program and have authored multiple books and manuals to help couples grow closer through practical, faith-based relationship skills. Their engaging Rick & Jane Learn to be Married series delivers timeless truths through relatable stories and real-life scenarios that inspire transformation. Their books are filled with practical concepts and tools that will improve any relationship. Autumn was a social worker and volunteer manager before her retirement. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and is active in church leading bible studies and other programs. Together they coach couples, promote MarriageTeam coaching, and are available as event speakers helping couples apply relationship skills and promoting healthy marriages.
