Vanessa Sivadge is a pediatric Registered Nurse who exposed the illegal use of Medicaid to cover cross sex hormones and transgender treatments for minors at Texas Children‘s Hospital. After blowing the whistle on their secret transgender program, Vanessa received a visit from two FBI agents in July of 2023 in an attempt to intimidate her into silence. Despite threats to her safety, Vanessa came forward publicly in June of 2024 with journalist Christopher Rufo to expose the Medicaid fraud, medical malpractice, and illegal billing in the gender clinic. On August 16, 2024, Vanessa was fired by Texas Children’s Hospital in retaliation for blowing the whistle exposing fraudulent billing practices. Recently, Vanessa launched an advocacy organization committed to fighting for the protection of children in the state of Texas: Protecting Texas Children. Protecting Texas Children will be focused on safeguarding children from sexualization and exploitation by defending their innocence and fostering environments where children can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. Vanessa is passionate about affirming Biblical truth as it relates to gender and sexuality and continuing to stand in the gap for our most vulnerable citizens-our children.
