Scott Colter is recognized for his leadership and commitment to conservative, biblical principles. A co-founder of The Danbury Institute, he serves the organization as chairman and chief executive officer. He also serves as a founding partner of Colter & Co.—a communications firm based in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C. In his pursuit of advocating for faith-based values, Scott played a pivotal role in establishing the Conservative Baptist Network. Additionally, Dr. Colter holds a position on the faculty of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee. Scott's professional journey includes several roles within higher education, having served as the director of advancement and later as the chief of staff at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
