Joe Paulo has served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Hope Media Group since 2018. During this time, Hope Media Group has extended its media offerings to include a growing podcast network, digital content brand Hope Nation, the God Listens prayer app, branded music apps NGEN and Way Loud, plus a multi-market event production and promotion arm. Joe led through the historic merger of two highly successful nonprofits that resulted in Hope Media Group bringing together the national radio network WayFM and the largest Christian radio station in America, KSBJ in Houston. In less than two years from launch, HMG’s newest media platform, the Spanish-language radio network, Vida Unida, is now reaching Houston, Miami, and New York City. With an extensive background in media and leadership, Joe began at KSBJ (now Hope Media Group) as Vice-President of Operations in 2017 after serving at Educational Media Foundation (K-LOVE/Air1) and Columbia International University. Joe has also provided volunteer leadership at the board of directors and advisory levels for other nonprofits such as Youth Commission International, Christian Music Broadcasters, and Crime Stoppers of Houston. His MBA is from Liberty University in 2014. Joe and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 33 years, live in the Houston area, and are blessed with three daughters, two sons and a grandson.
