Mike Congrove serves as Executive Director/Co-Founder at Empower One, a ministry planting churches in South Sudan, Sudan, DR Congo, refugee camps in Uganda, and Chad. Prior to his role at Empower One, Mike served as both the Sudan Strategy Coordinator and Africa Continent Director at E3 Partners Ministry. Before entering ministry Mike worked for Accenture Consulting and AT&T for a combined nine years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Arts from the University of North Texas. Mike is married to Ali and has three children.
