Timothy Head is the executive director for the Faith & Freedom Coalition. While serving as executive director, Tim has played a key role in creating several legislative bills passed in recent years – most notably, the landmark federal prison reform bill commonly referred to as the First Step Act, as well as the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA). Many call the First Step Act the most meaningful reform of the federal criminal justice system in over 30 years. Tim also serves on the board of directors for the Council on Criminal Justice.
