Dr. Clay Lowder has been a board certified family physician for over twenty-five years. He founded Lowder Family Practice in 1996 and quickly grew it into one of the largest multi-specialty practices in South and North Carolina, which is now known as Colonial Healthcare. After many years of doctoring, Lowder discovered he wanted to do even more to serve others, so he set a goal to change as many lives as possible.

In line with this goal, Dr. Lowder published Winners Travel, A Doctor’s Guide to Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health that helps people game-plan their life in order to reach their full potential. Lowder also founded the Winners Travel Foundation in 2019 which has a mission to enrich the lives of others through the gift of life-changing trips. Winners Travel Foundation serves all types of people from Caretakers to Veterans and everyone in between.

Dr. Lowder also delivers motivational speeches across the country in hopes of inspiring others to live with intention and purpose in every aspect of life. In all of his work, Dr. Lowder aims to help people achieve the very best version of themselves. He strives to empower others to live rich, fulfilling lives through a variety of ways including doctoring, speaking, writing, and even giving away life-changing trips to those who deserve it most.
