Al Goff

President and CEO — GAIN - Global Aid Network

Al has been active in disaster response, relief, and community development for over 15 years. In 2001, Al and his wife, Susan, helped found Global Hope Network International for responding to events like 9/11 and Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar. For several years, Al served as a regional humanitarian director and crisis manager for Cru, operating from Paris, France. Al has served as President and CEO of Global Aid Network (GAiN) since 2013. All corporate officers for Global Aid Network are compensated through Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ), the parent organization. Cru rates each job and position, and uses an established scale to determine compensation levels. The office of President is considered “Supported Staff,” meaning that as a missionary staff member, Al raises financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses.
