Jay Jusino earned a B.S. in Applied Biology and a B.S. in Biology Education from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. Jay started his teaching career at an alternative school and has since taught in regular public, charter, and Christian schools, totaling 20 years in education. Jay was married to Christy in 1998 and is a thankful husband and father of seven children, all of whom are homeschooled. Educated himself in both state and Christian colleges, Jay has experienced the full gamut of pedagogical philosophy and methodology, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the subject of education and teaching. Jay works at an international Christian school in Suwanee, GA, where he acts as a science teacher, staff development director, and curriculum director.
