Week of Thanks - Day 6
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Paul admonished the church in Thessalonica to “rejoice always” and to “pray without ceasing.” He immediately followed up with the instruction to “give thanks in all circumstances.” Prayer should be a continual part of the Christian’s life that flows like breath from our lungs or blood through our veins. We may not be consciously aware of our connection with Him at every moment, but that connection is always there. Rejoice in Him today and let His joy be your strength. Always keep an attitude of thankfulness and praise in your heart to allow your bond with Him to grow stronger every day. [powr-comments id=496aa8c9_1479503891688]Viewpoints
