Elite capture was first developed and mastered by the Chinese communists in their own country. They are using elite capture to intimidate major companies in this country.

Fifty years ago, President Nixon and Henry Kissinger opened trade between the US and China. Over these many decades, China has been running a multi-million-dollar trade surplus with our country and has provided them with a stockpile of US dollars to facilitate elite capture.

“Fast forward to today,” he says, “and we find that industry-leading American companies such as Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, 3M, Wal-Mart, Hasbro, Mattel, Gap, Nike, and others manufacture far more of their products in China than anywhere else.” During the pandemic, we also learned that 80 percent of the important pharmaceutical ingredients come from China.

All these companies that now do business with China have learned that they must keep silent about the corruption of the Chinese Communist Party. And they have also learned they should say little or nothing about the human rights abuses of the Chinese government.

They also have been able to buy the silence of US media and Hollywood studios. China has purchased controlling interest in an increasing number of leading US media companies. Also, China is a huge media market. That is another reason why these production companies had been willing to self-censor themselves and avoid any criticism of the Chinese government or even mention Taiwan, Tibet, and the Uyghurs.

Elite capture has been an effective weapon China is using against America.
