In the first hour of today's show, Kerby chats with Michael Farris, Chancellor of Patrick Henry College and Chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association. He tells us more about the judicial ramifications of the Presidential elections outcome. In the second hour we hear from Tim Wildmon, president of American Family Association (AFA) and American Family Radio (AFR). He discusses the AFA's recent petition which came in response to a newly announced corporate policy by the retailer, which stated in part, Target “welcomes transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity.” He tells us more about how #BoycottTarget went viral.

Michael Farris is the Chancellor of Patrick Henry College and Chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association. He was the founding president of each organization. Farris graduated from Western Washington State College, magna cum laude, with Bachelors in Political Science, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University (with honors). At Gonzaga, Farris was the Articles Editor of the Law Review, and was the winner of the Linden Cup Moot Court Competition. Recently, Farris earned an LL.M. in Public International Law from the University of London. Farris has specialized in constitutional appellate litigation. In that capacity Farris has argued as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of the United States, eight federal circuit courts of appeals, and in the state Supreme Courts and appellate courts of thirteen states. Additionally, Farris is the author of numerous amicus briefs before the United States Supreme Court. Farris has been a fixture on Capitol Hill for over 30 years, having testified before Congress on numerous occasions in both the House and Senate. Farris was the Co-Chairman of the Coalition for the Free Exercise of Religion that successfully lobbied Congress for the passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. He has been a leading advocate for the sovereignty of the United States with his successful opposition to various United Nations treaties which seek to control the domestic policy of the United States.
