Brad Dacus served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Phil Gramm, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas, School of Law. For the next five years, Mr. Dacus coordinated religious freedom and parental rights cases throughout the Western states. In 1997, Mr. Dacus founded Pacific Justice Institute, where he serves as President and continues to defend religious liberties and parental rights. The Pacific Justice Institute has a network with hundreds of volunteer affiliate attorneys and handles more cases on the West Coast than any other organization of its kind. Brad Dacus can be heard weekly on “The Dacus Report” on radio stations across the country. He has been a guest speaker on numerous radio and television programs, participates weekly in several radio talk show interviews, and has appeared on America Live, CBS Evening News, CNN, Dateline NBC, Good Morning America, MSNBC, NBC News, News Talk TV, The Today Show, and many times on the O'Reilly Factor. Mr. Dacus' varied public speaking opportunities include public debate, on two occasions, against the president of the ACLU, and on another occasion, against the president of "Americans United for Separation of Church and State." In April of 2007 he testified before the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. in opposition to H.R. 1592 “Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007.” He has also testified numerous times before the California State Legislature on legislation affecting religious freedom and parents' rights. He has guest lectured at Stanford University School of Law. Mr. Dacus continues to speak regularly at churches, conferences, graduations and conventions throughout the United States, including pastors’ legal seminars and workplace seminars co-sponsored by Pacific Justice Institute with local churches and Christian colleges and universities. Brad was presented an honorary Doctorate of Religious Freedom and Family Rights degree from California Baptist University in recognition of his commitment to faith and justice and his work protecting parental rights and religious freedom through the Pacific Justice Institute.

Kevin's presentations address the effects of abortion on men, couples and families and effective post abortion ministry for Clergy and Counselors. The Rachel’s Vineyard ™ support group and retreat models are now offered in 49 states. The international outreach of Rachel’s Vineyard is now in over 70 countries. The Retreat manual has been translated into 22 languages with other translations in progress. We offer over 1000 retreats annually worldwide. Kevin is the co-author of Redeeming A Father’s Heart-Men Share Powerful Stories of Abortion Loss and Recovery and Sharing The Heart of Christ: Safe and Effective Post Abortion Ministry for Clergy and Counselors co- authored with Theresa Burke and Fr. Amy Ridenour (pronounced RIDE - en - our) is chairman of The National Center for Public Policy Research. As the founding chief executive officer, she has since 1982 promoted the conservative perspective on U.S. domestic, foreign and defense policy issues. She frequently speaks on public policy issues and political organizing techniques and has done so across the U.S., in Central America and in Europe. Her opinion/editorials have been nationally-syndicated. Her articles have also been independently published by USA Today, the Sacramento Bee, the Dallas Morning News, The Washington Times, the Los Angeles Daily News and many others. Ridenour also is a member of the board of directors of Black America’s PAC, a political action committee that works to help elect more African-Americans to Congress and other elected offices. Ridenour received the American Hero Award from the National Defense Council Foundation in 1988 and the William Paca Award from the Maryland Republican State Central Committee in 1979. A native of Pittsburgh, she studied economics at the University of Maryland at College Park. She resides in Maryland with her husband, David, and their three children.
