Dr. Del Tackett is the architect of The Truth Project, a video-based small group study experienced by over 20 million people in 100 countries. His latest series, The Engagement Project has already trained more than 5,000 leaders across the United States and around the world. He has also created of numerous teaching series including Cross Examine, Who Is Jesus as well as serving as on-camera host for Is Genesis History? Dr. Tackett is one of the founders of New Geneva Theological Seminary and has served as an adjunct professor for the Alliance Defending Freedom, Summit Ministries, Impact 360, and for 8 years at the Focus Leadership Institute. Del served more than 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force. During the George H. W. Bush administration, he served at the White House as director of technical planning for the National Security Council. Dr. Tackett has his doctorate in Management and Computer Science from Colorado Technical University. Del and his wife Melissa have been married since 1972. They have four grown children and 9 grandchildren.
